Yes we do. They are not located in the rooms but are available upon request at the front desk.

Your reservation is guaranteed by your credit card and we will hold your room for the night of arrival.

Q?What is the parking situation?

The hotel is surrounded by parking lots. Nightly rates range from 10.00 to 20.00.

Q?What is the cancellation policy?

• Your reservation is guaranteed for late arrival.
• Please contact us should you need to cancel your reservation.
• Cancellations are required 1 day prior to check in
• Cancellation penalties may apply.

Q?How much is long distance calling?
A.

FREE. Long distance calling within the United States is free. Another reason we want your stay to be hassle free and enjoyable.

Q?What kind of TV service is available?
A.

We have a flat screen TV with Cox cable in every room. We wanted to make your stay feel more like home. Free WiFi and Cable like you would have at home without the annoying menu and ads you see at most hotels.

Q?Is there Internet available?
A.

Yes, FREE Wifi is available in every room. We made it a point to make sure that every room could get a strong signal and have fast Wifi Speeds. Just ask the front desk for the password. In addition we have a workstation available for our guests with free internet access.

Q?What hours are the lobby open?
A.

We have someone working at the front desk 24-7 to make sure we can address any issues or concerns.

Q?What transportation is available?
A.

Super Shuttle – We provide one way service from  the airport only (no return) through Super Shuttle.

Super Shuttle
Please follow instructions to book your ride online.
The airport shuttle is a one way trip only from the Airport to the hotel exclusively, during your reservation process through the Super Shuttle App or online link please make the selection for :
“Direct bill” and for “One Way from the Airport to the Hotel”.

    The hotel will NOT accommodate any other destinations or locations for pick up and drop off. Upon going back to the airport from the hotel we can arrange a taxi for you, but you will have to provide payment on your end for that.

    Look for Ground Transportation outside terminal 2 across the sky bridge. You will need to board the Super Shuttle and Super Shuttle only. This is the shuttle service that we provide complimentary. As you board tell the driver you are going to the URBAN BOUTIQUE HOTEL and be sure NOT to pay the driver. Give them your reservation code from online or the app to complete the boarding process.

    We are encouraging all guests to either use the booking link or download the SuperShuttle APP and use the code TCKW5 to save money as booking with the GSRs at the airport or with our reservation line (1-800-BLUEVAN) will incur a $3 booking fee.

Q?Are there bikes we can rent?
A.

We have 6 beach cruisers available that can be rented at only $10 per day.

Q?Can I order movies through my cable box?
A.

Not at this time. This is why we have provided FREE wifi as many customers now prefer to stream their own movies and shows via Netflix, vimeo, hulu, or youtube.
